We at Lincoln Dental Care know how important regular dental visits are to maintaining good oral health, so to encourage you to keep up with your dental care routine, we're going to reward you. Visit us every six months and start reaping the rewards!

Choose from a selection of gift cards or future credit toward your account. You may choose only one item from the rewards offered from Lincoln Dental Care per six month period upon completion of your regular dental visit as long as you are scheduled on or 30 days after your 6-month recall date.

A minimum of one general checkup visit and a six-month waiting period is required before claiming rewards. A general checkup visit is defined as any preventative services rendered during the visit to include teeth cleaning, x-rays, and comprehensive or periodic exams.
